The Just Write It class at the Writers' Shack
Have you ever been caught writing stories in math class? Or maybe you’re that quiet kid in the back of the class not saying much to anyone but speaking volumes with your pen whenever there is a chance to write in class? There are all kinds of writers and they are all welcome in the Just Write It class at the Writers’ Shack. The class is about coming up with creative ideas, writing them down, and being supported in a safe environment – fellow writers and a teacher who will provide positive feedback as well as thoughtful suggestions. By the end of the summer, there will be an experience of a lot of laughs, newly-made friends, and most importantly every young writer will realize that he/she has their own unique voice and to keep picking up that pen and using that voice in one of the most powerful ways – WRITING!
